Faculty and Staff
The University of Florida Memory and Cognitive Disorders Clinics (UF MCDC) evaluation teams provide a consultative medical evaluation and sum the evaluation in a detailed letter to the referring primary care physician(s); the intention of the detailed report to help them follow up on recommended tests and therapies. The UF MCDC are available to the referring physicians and to the family for ongoing consults regarding questions, discussion, or recommendations regarding long-term care management.
